1. Can I pick up inventory from your warehouse?
Yes. By prior arrangement between the hours of 09 am to 5 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
2. What is the ETA once I have placed my order?
We deliver nationwide. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 7 days from when your order is placed depending on the distance from our Atlanta based warehouse to your destination.
3. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we do on direct container load quantities from our overseas suppliers, please e-mail us on [email protected]
4. Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. We only accept upfront payment via PayPal/debit/credit card.
You can also pay by check. Your order will be sent on receipt of the check. Checks made payable to Floor Base Solutions can be posted to:- 135 Krog St NE, Atlanta GA, 30307.
Alternately, you can deposit a check and email the deposit slip to [email protected]
5. Can I open an account?
Right now, we cannot offer client account payment terms. There’s a good reason for this; at Floor Base Solutions (FBS) we know that owning and running your own business takes guts. It also takes a certain amount of fear to mitigate inherent risks, but above all, it takes a steady cash flow.
This company was formed when two guys saw the Elastilon® system (read About Us), loved the product, and seeing the potential for the USA flooring market, ordered a container load. Obviously, when importing, one has to pay cash upfront and that’s exactly what the FBS guys have done.
As a client, you don’t need to buy in bulk – FBS have done that for you. All that you need to do is order the inventory required per job (or anticipated in-store demand).
